A team campaign keeps a template behind access controls, for internal use rather than public sharing. It skips the public theming of web and widget campaigns, so its steps are just Templates, Access, and Share.
Create one from the Campaigns area: add a new campaign, choose the Team type, and add the templates you want to include.
Access
The Access step decides who can open the campaign. Use either control, or both together:
- Teams with access: restrict it to members of your teams. Add the teams that should have access, and people sign in to use it.
- Password: protect the campaign with a password that you share with whoever needs it.
Sharing
The Share step gives the campaign a link to send to your team. Combined with the access controls, only the right people can open it.
