A credit is what you spend when someone exports a finished design. One credit is used when a person using your design generator clicks export and downloads a graphic. Opening or filling in a generator costs nothing; only the final export counts.
Two things never consume credits:
- Exports by your own team members.
- Downloads from the Batch Editor.
You can see your usage any time under Settings → Billing, which shows how many of your plan's included credits you have used. Your plan's credit allowance, and the price of any extra credits, are on the pricing page.
API calls are counted and billed separately from credits; see Automation campaigns.
